LT825 Hub bearing tool?

Default LT825 Hub bearing tool?

My 98 Accord has been noisy since I bought it second hand. The noise seems wheel bearing related. I am thinking about replace it if bad.

However the service manual says to press out the old bearing and press in the new one with a hydrolic press by several special adaptors.

Can one just knock the bearing out and in with a hammer? How about this "Lock Technology 825 - Honda/Acura Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly/Removal Tool"? I couldn't figure out how to use it. See the link below for the picture.

..well.. maybe if you buy it, and look at the part and what you want to do... you gonna figure out how it works....
