Brand of the welder?

You should not leave electrodes lying around like that. It absorbs moisture and affects the weld. Also, you risk braking off the flux layer. I know they're cheap but...so am I.

There was another guy (user M4koy something like that) from the Philippines who did the same. His welds looked about the same but the results looked much better after he ground the welds down.

well i think weve done a pretty good job so far we just need to grind or sand down or watever u want to do to get it to look all pretty

it is a miller and as small as it looks it works verry good


just we suck at stick lol

i have migged on and off for the past 2.5 years but this was my 2nd time with stick so yeah lol you can see in the pics


speaking of pics i have finished pics now well i still have to grind and powdwer coat but it works now lol

ok more pics note the little tab near the fliter has already been pulled off lol ilt held the filter at a bad location once the cover was back on

and the pos flter is getting replaced next payday and the pipes are getting powder coated next weekend

chamfer those edges next time you weld. will help the weld penetrate and look alot better.

props for doing it so far though.

after the first weld i didt start putting chamfers on them and as far as the stickers there all off and im grinding down the last part tonight then heading to great lakes dragway for some bracket racing on sunday then monday it goes to get its nice glossy black powder coating for free lol you cant beat that price

judging by looks only those look like E6011 or E6010 which have silicon content which resist moisture. they can be kept out of a rod oven.

hahah that is dust i took the cover off when i painted the cover and as far as the intake i went to import wars and didnt want to have all bare metal so i painted it but this weekend it is coming off wheni fill my motor mounts its just sutch a bitch becosue the fender has to come off but its worth it a free powder coat you cat pass that up lol


oh and yeah about my mom she was out of town lol but i wouldnt paint it like that any ways it was sitting on the cardboard and i painted one side let it drie then flipped it and didt the other side

but more inportant the mig is in (and yes we kept it in the family its another miller) so now the real projects start lol and im also going to pick up some gas so we can use this little welder as a tig
