i have a obd0 b16 swap and i took off my injectors to change the o-ring and i dropped the injector and when i looked at i saw that on the bottom of the injector where the gas sprays out there is a plastic cap that broke is it ok to use that injector with out that cap i tryed to put another one on but it won't go all the way in can i use that injector with out it

 

I would'nt use it I would just replace it! but thats me

 

would that give me a gas smell in the car if that cap isn't on all the way because when the key is on i smell gas and the samething when the car is running do u think that injector is my problem
