spoon/buddy club ... vtec controllers
I have a 95 GSR and i want to get a vtec controller like the spoon one or the new buddy club one http://www.inlinefour.com/budclubvconv.html
i got a few questions about these controllers:
1) if i install them and decide to take them off, will it go back to the stock engagement point? i know that the Apex'i vtec controller keeps the same settings even when the controller is taken out.
2) what is the range of these controllers? how high can a raise the x-over point?
i only have I/H/C/E but sometimes i want to raise the point for freeway driving and stuff

Yes, if you remove the unit, the settings will revert to stock. This is also true of the A'PEXi controllers and other similar units.

I'm not certain what the exact range of adjustment is, but it should be sufficient for the purposes you're describing.
