**Mods you can move this if you deem necessary**

As most of you know, the R has GOLD Volk Gram Lights on it. Pretty much since I've owned these wheels I've never been to keen on the color gold. I think the color gold with CW looks pretty retarded. I can deal with it, but if I had a choice when purchasing, I would have gotten a different color.

So...to freshen up the look of the R I was thinking of painting the wheels one of two colors. The colors are:
1)Takata Green
or
2)Championship White

This is not going to be a professional job, though I am intelligent enough to pull a craft off such as this with rattle cans and some sand paper. I'm not going for high gloss, massive coats of clear. Just something durable with a satin finish.

All opinions and flame jobs are always appreciated. Thanks for browsing.

Id worry about painting that lip (if it hasn't been already) before changing the color of your wheels!

Don't paint them...sell them if you don't like them. Those roads on da island won't be too friendly to the 40 series tires yO! Then you will be in a position of "wanted: 1 17" gold stuNnA Gram light."

Everyone vote Green, just to see if he'd actually do it.

 

No green, pink, white or colors we have already seen. Let's see some yellow, purple, orange rims. If your gonna do it just go all the way

 

I say if you are dead set on painting them, then go with champ white.

I was thinking the same thing, but ITR owners often have "unique" tastes. If you're looking for something original, my vote is for a nice shade of purple, as Dave_B suggested.

I'm actually thinking of painting my track rims a Crown Royal Purple to contrast with the yellow.

takata green is the very ugly and screaamsss RICE BOY. I always thought most ITR owners like to keep seperate from the ricers, I guess i was wrong.

now champ white would be a good choice. all in all its your personal preference.

But also take into consideration how it will make not only the ca,r but you as well, while driving it around with green wheels. I could only imagine what some girls parents would think when you rolled up to the house.

I saw a CW R once with 4 different fluorescent colored wheels... pink, green, yellow, light blue. They were track wheels, OEM I think. Never met the owner, saw the car driving at Solo2 though.

My vote is Lime Green, or orange. But you really ought to sell those nice wheels and paint something a little more disposable.

haha, sprayinCX has purple ITR wheels on his hatch

and yeah..green is played out and ugly, white....old, pink..if you're *** maybe...

orange has been done..but not TOO much..haha
