I am running JDM b16 piston in my ls block and compression is 11:8, currently I have a dc style header off of ebay and still stock intake manifold on my gsr head, i have seen this topic before but does high and normal compression mean different results from the same/ different header..I was told to get a real Dc header and skunk 2 intake manifold but is it worth it? I am looking to spend about $1000 on a good head and a intake manifold..or does a different header won't make that much difference?
