Gonna drain tranny...need help please
whatsup...im finaly starting to go about handling my car myself rather then letting other poeple mess wit it at shops....i gottta a b16 in my EK...and i been noticing a light grind at high rpms when shifting into 3rd...im gonna try to switch the tranny fluid to GM synchrormesh. i really dun wanna bring it to someone to change something as simple as that....so if u guys could kinda tell me what im looking for under the car and where it is....like a screw..bolt..etc...whatever it is....and where under the car it is....and once i drain it how many quarts will my b16 take??? thanks guys...ne help would be appreciated...

D series is 1.8. I'm not sure about B series but it's probably like 2.0. There's no way it's close to 3.

im pretty sure but not 100% positive ......but it takes a little more than 2 quarts. I know its not 3 quarts in between 2 & 3 quarts.

Yeah, it's on the passenger side. Jack the car up and lookunderneath. It's the one bolt that doesn't take a socket. The bolt has a round edge and has a big square in it. So you only put your ratchet in it.
