this may seem like a dumb question but I dont own a teg, however I have a teg armrest.

1 - the padded armrest piece does not want to latch to the console piece. How does it latch on there, there is a plastic latch on the padded part but nothing within the console.

2 - the armrest also doesnt have any hardware to attach to the console, does it simply use self tapping screws?
