INGALLS Camber Adjustment & Free Alignments
1991 Honda CRXsi, Ground Control Suspension, Street Car, Not my race car. Has Anyone had issues with the front upper control arm hitting inside of wheel wheel after installation of Ingalls kit. I got rid of two degrees of camber but my allignment shop straightened everything out. Now the upper arms appear to rub near ball joint on the fender interior. I am thinking the shop tried to adjust the toe with the tie rod instead of aligning the adjustable ingalls kit first. Let me know. Just to let people know firestone does a lifetime allignment for about $130 good for as long as you own the car. I've done it on all my cars and seems to be a great deal if your going to do regular allignments with changes.
You can bend that lip on the inside of the fender so that the arm can go higher and not hit anything.
I had SiR arms on my CRX and since they are so much bigger than USDM arms I had to cut out the extra metal to allow more clearance.

My ingalls kit used to rub as well, but it finally chewed itself off so now it doesnt anymore. I shoulda gone with an ajustable ball joint instead, but the ingalls kit seems to be working ok.
that happened to me and a friend of mine when i installed the kits so i cut the portion of the area where we had problems and now it has no clearance problems. Then i did the alignment and we are problem free
