does anyone know who makes it. It's a copy of the spoon lip ,but its either fiberglass or urethane.

I have that... Brand new, never used, never installed laying around... Not sure where i put it since i recently moved... My friends shop closed down two years ago so i picked it up... It's fiber glass... I took pictures of it after this one accident i had... I was planning on selling it but got too lazy...

that's a Spoon copies, in a Fibre glass form........

beware if you are too low though......that's a pretty fat lip
