Default Can anyone vouch for SiLock @ clubsi.com?

Considering doing business with this guy. Seems very legit. He is a moderator at clubsi and has over 7000+ posts. Im not a member at clubsi and i know alot of you guys are members of both web rings.

Also a question about COD. When doing COD, can i open the package before i give the ups guy the money? Like open it outside my house with the ups guy?

UPS guy will not give you package until you give him money. He's not responsible for contents in box.

it depends the UPS guy that comes by my house all the time lets me open the packages and verify them before I "take delivery." Guess it kinda depends tho some might not be that cool.

if your paying something COD, make sure you use a check or money order only. in the case that you cant inspect the package contents before taking delivery from the UPS guy, you can always put a stop payment on the MO/check b4 it gets to the sender, but it costs like $20 to do that for an MO.

I'm guessing you're buying the head. I'll vouch for him. I'm a member here and at Clubsi. I'd get pics of whatever you're buying though so you "know" what you're getting.

This is why most wont do COD. Not to mention if the buyer decided he doesn't want it then the seller gets stuck with the shipping back to him. Very risky on the sellers part.

Can you really stop payment for a money order? I talked to the manager at my bank and she said the only way you can get your money back is if you report it missing or lost. She said something about bank's granting money to other banks and its sort of an agreement that all banks make together.

I had a bad experience with him once and we WERE good friends at the time, you can email me for more info if you need, i am also a moderator on clubsi.com.
TodaCivic@cs.com or IM me on here.
Only way i would do buisness with him is to actually meet him and see the stuff, i would cautious to send him money up front.
BTWi wouldn't COD, because they could send you a box of rocks and you would be screwed.
Hope that helped.
