If I have an automatic 4th gen and I put a manual H22 in , can I use all of the original mounts. I searched but some people say you have to change certain ones and others say they bolt right up.

 

^^ all the mounts will work perfect.. (EXCEPT FOR) the transmission mount.. which you will need a 5-speed accord mount for a 4th gen accord.. since the automatic mount will not match up

One more thing, the mount is bolt up right. No welding or cutting?

 

no welding or cutting.. the only POSSIBLE custom work.. is unless you have an original 4th gen Prelude transmission mount.. (which you say you dont) there are 2 or 3 spots on the transmisson casting that just need to be threaded for the studs all fit properly.. but that is a very small adjustment.. to eliminate that.. try and find a 92-96 prelude manual transmission mount.. and it should and will.. bold right up.. no mods
