Default Need help with initial Honda tuning

Sorry for posting here (Since I do not have an R), but you guys are the quickest and very knowledgeable.

I need to know what to set my initial VTEC cross over and my fuel pressure before I start tuning. I just need to know what the intial settings are that I should start with. I need to change the X over from the 4400 that the P72 uses as I am no longer using the GSR mani

This is my setup:
Jun 3 cams and valvesprings, Crower ti retainers and skunk2 cam gears
Ported and polished head (B18C1)
CTR pistons in a B18C block
Skunk 2 mani (port matched to head) B
Bored 66 mm TB
AEM type R CAI
Carsound cat and DC JDM header
Hondata stage 2 (will be tuned with a stage 4)
B&M FPR with gauge (I am still using stock injectors)

Suggestions for VTEC cross over and fuel pressure would be appreciated.

VTEC crossover should be about 5700-6000. and fuel pressure should be about 60psi with the vacuum hose off and plugged, but you should really get some bigger injectors as you will need more fuel especially when you go to the high cam.

http://www.hondata.com has some really good instructions on tuning.....

Or do a search for "tuning" or "tune" in this forum to bring up some good stuff.
