Check your grounds. I had this problem when the ground by the thermostat came loose.

simple as that.. or your battery might not be as good as you think.. Switch it out for a freinds or whatever.. that could easily be your problem.. i checked every wire in the car and relay... then realized i had a battery that wasn't what i thought
