full coil over set up ultimately ground controls would be your best bet, but you want some spring with a nice drop i would probably suggest going with H&R sport with some new struts as well probably kyb agx's

You pretty much have to depending on your drop.

Custom ground control coilovers are about $300, then choose some shocks in the range of $400-$550.... And that's still not the best of the best....

I have yet to hear anything about neuspeed shocks and didn't know they existed but if they were made for aftermarket springs...then it might be ok...Suspensions is the last thing you want to go cheap on...just be warned that you might be taking an unwanted detour when cheap things go bad

Just to clarify, are you looking for coilovers, or lowering springs? Coilovers are adjustable, springs are not.

Tein S tech's are pretty nice, and you can get them on that budget.

If you change your springs, you HAVE to change your struts. I will fight this opinion to the death, I learned the hard way. As for the best advice, I love the KYB AGX($325) struts and either Eibach Sportlines($150), or Ground Control Coilovers($250). Prices are from ebay.

TEIN will not sell coilovers for less than 900. So he was talking about their springs. Dont cheap out on springs/struts/coilovers/ anything suspension. I promise you will be disappointed. Save your money, the cheapest safest route is Ground Control Coilovers by Eibach.
