Please Give Some 5-lug Conversion Advice
Me again. Ok I searched for everything about the 5 lug conversion but nothing really helped. I want to know whats the best and or simplest way to do this. how much is roughly going to cost me. what parts do I need. and where I can get them. thanks.
SEARCH, i see this daily.
SIMPLEST WAY TO GET 5-LUGS:
Take your suspension apart, take it to a machine shop. press out the 4-lug hubs, and press in all four 5-lug hubs from a 97-01 Integra Type-R or a EK9 Civic Type-R. If 5 lugs is all you want, dont bother spending 1200$ buying what is essentially about the same exact knuckles and trailing arms. Now that you have 5-lugs, you'll need 5-lug rims, 5 lug rotors, and then research brake setups, cause you'll need at least a 10.4", but proably a 11.1" front brake setup, and 10.4" brake setup. I'd reccoment ITR or CTR brake setups for simplicity's sake, so the calipers, rotors, pads from a CTR, ITR, or search for other similar combos.
