Default Possiblites? building a block

Oka so im in an automotive program at a community college and were going to be doing rebuilds and such.Currently i have a jdm d15b and looking to purchase this block http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=1395907 but im not sure what i should do with it im also thinking of getting a b20 and throw on a gsr/b16 head.Overall i will learn a lot and im looking forward to all the help you guys will give me.Also im not looking to break the bank with this

Baseing this on your budget:

if you like d's instead of B's, stick with your d15 and boost it..

BUT if you want to man up: go with an LsVtec on some p30 pistons, dont

bother with tha B16, it'll only leave you wanting more..

Down the road After the LsV is built you could port your head and what not gaining another 20Hp from some nice head work cams header tuning etc.....
