Going to simplify my life a little. I realized that I was ready to spend a lot of money on a 13 year old car to realistically compete against 5 FWD SM drivers/cars in the country.

I've decided to make the move to HS in a new 2006 Civic LX Coupe. I didn't want to do the Si (although I could afford it) because I just don't think it will be the "next great thing". I still feel the ITR and 3 series cars are superior in DS for their own respective reasons.

You forgot...

New Honda distributor, cap rotor and coil when motor swapped.

Both Front wheel bearings are fresh (Only 3 years old)

Trailer hitch installed with wire harness kit and flat draw bar (1 7/8" ball)

Both front axles "new" when motor swapped

I can tell you, Tony is completely **** about maintenance. You will be hard pressed to find one in this nice of condition. This has been his baby for as long as I have known Tony.

Do you know of anybody looking for a car?

 

Oh, I forgot to mention that the car (and I) have never finished outside the top 10 in ANY class I've been in at a divisional or national level event since 2000 when I entered my first ProSolo.

 

This car is mint, I remember one day I ask Tony how he keep the engine bay like showroom condition, his answer is no chemical ever used, just clean with plain water but have to do it often, that shows how **** he is about keeping the car clean.

I will definitely miss you in SM Tony. Good luck with the sale and your new ride!
