And they are so attractive in the day light with this penisy looking thing hanging out of the center cap. I guess you could say it is a wiper to keep your rims clean during daylight hours. I already know about the lights on Fittipaldi's Blue Light Special car. It usually flashed a Toyota logo. But I've never seen those lights on an Indy Car.
