first of all, its VTEC, not vtech. i say go turbo on the ls with stock internals and a good fuel management. if you blow it then ger it rebuilt with forged lower compression pistons.
Built LS/Vtec or Built LS turbo, cant go wrong with either its about what you want.
I wouldnt go turbo on a daily driver, just oo much maintenence.

u can fully build a lsvtec for all motor and let say it make 200whp. which is what i'm making. it will still not touch a stock ls turbo

Did you say LS/VTECH? Oh no....
same here, in retrospect, I should have gone LS-T....take notes from those that are telling you these things...NA cars are fun as hell, but it's like an old girlfriend you know, you've had it SO many times, now you're after that new, hotter, faster ****

I would go LS-T. Not on a daily driver though, so hopefully you have another means of transportation before you do so cuz that will run into big money. Aint that right antagonist
Seriously though, keep saving your money and research slowly at the same time
