Need coolant answers.

I did a search and posted and now I got two conflicting responses. I hope to get more help here since some of you guys change your MTF at every oil change.

every oil change is a little extreme...every 15K should suffice

I did the MTF change the other day... 11k miles with 4 autoX + 1 Mt. drive + daily commute = one filthy MTF. I think 10K might be the limit on ITR trannies... kinda reminded me of Guinness.
