I bought a JDM d15b from a local importer 2 days ago. They had 3 to choose from (all carb) so I picked the only one that still had a oil filter on it(I don't know why)LOL. the one I got had the wiring harness cut, instead of unpluged. this makes me think this engine was out of a wrecked car, maybe not a low milage.
What do you think, should I go back up there and see if they have any that has no wiring harness and hope it would be better?

any input is appreciated

 

doesnt really matter as long as the motor has good compression. you cant use that harness anyways.
