Open the file in MS Paint, press Ctrl+W and put 50 in the % fields for a 50% size reduction. 80% for a 20% reduction etc.
There's probably some easier way to just resizing all of them at once, but I like doing them one at a time. Er..that sounded a bit strange....haha

yea ran 215's on some rota c-10's in classic white. damn they handled so good. If you notice there was a little fiberglass job done on the rear quater panels and i rolled it just enough to fit them underneath. thanks for the comments.
