Default cheapest/most common white paint on g3's

right now my car is milano pink (paint is so badly faded it needs a respray)
a complete repaint (with me and a friend doing all the body and prep work) will cost me about $1600 CDN. the guy at the body shop told me it's mostly from the cost of the paint and the way it's applied (tricoat?).
so, i got the bright idea to do a complete colour change to white, since it seems to be the cheapest.
of all the G3 whites, which is the "whitest" ??

frost white
championship white
taffeta white

would straight black be any cheaper?

Correct. I remember when I had some body work done on my car, they had to do the tripple spray it with the tafetta white.

i know the camp white is just a white base with a clearcoat.
and from what i was told, milano red is a tinted primer, a red base and then a tinted clear (at least thats what the guy told me)
i didnt know tafetta was a three stage also.

so far champ white seems to be the way to go.
frost white must be a base and clear also right?

if u paint ur car champ white all the ITR guys will make fun of you. stick with the frost white.

oh and btw, if you're having to pick a color based on whats cheapest, then you can't afford to paint the car. save up a little longer. there's only a 100 or so dollar variance between honda colors.

it's not that i cant afford it, it's the simple fact that the paint will see lots of abuse harsh sun due to no garage, snow, rain, ALOT of highway miles, track time, months in between waxing. it's my daily driver, not a show car. i dont want a paintjob that costs half as much as the car. it's just not worth it to me. i just need to make the car look nicer, since i get made fun of quite a bit not just from honda/acura guys but from everybody. just want to do so without going overboard on the cost

Milano red didn't come factory with a clearcoat, it was a dealer option.
Someone correct me if im wrong, just what I read somewhere.

Yeah my friends 94 Lude was milano red. His car was fading bad in some areas due to the weather in Florida and being it didn't have a factory clearcoat. I heard theres a couple colors like that from Honda.

I'd also go with tafetta white. Thats the color of my DC and its nice and shiney.
