2005 rear bumper factory problem????

2005 rear bumper factory problem????
A close friend of mine just bought an 05 s2k.
We noticed that in the rear passenger side of the bumper it sticks out over the tail light.
Looks as if it were misaligned, very noticible. I told him to take it back to the dealer, he did and they said it was a problem with all 05 s2k's ...
I'll try to get a picture up, i know its hard to picture what im talking about
sounds like bull to me, then i thought i would ask on h-tech

i followed the link, and on my 2004 i have that slight effect also. Oh well, it's not that bad on mine so i'm not too worried about it.

actually my MY00 is like that 
guess i juss got use to it...just like the grinding/chatter noise from the tranny
