Is it normal for the fuel pressure to go down to zero after 2 hours?

I have the fuel pressure guage and it reads 40-42psi but then drops to 0 after an hr or 2

I also get a cell code 90 or p1457. Can anyone please help me? What should i do, i was thinking of replacing the whole gas tank.

Ive replaced the evap canister already.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

 

ya thats fine...at least your base pressure is below 100psi!!!!!
