Turn signals messed up after sidemarker installation.
Out of boredom today, i bought cheapie sidemarkers from Advance Autoparts for $5 a pair, not sure their actual intention. Installed them, turn signals worked fine the first few times, then they started blinking retarded fast, then quit working all together, both sides and i only have one sidemarker installed. I then tried the hazards, these worked fine the first few times as well, then did the exact same thing.
What the hell?
What the hell?
i think you may have touched the constant wire to the ground...that could f***k up up...
any electricians in here..??? im not 100% sure..but ive done that before to my blinkers...

Hazard fuse was blown, not sure where the turn signal one is, i'll look around for it tomorrow. I replaced the hazard fuse with a 15 insted of 10, pressed the hazards, they light up dim in the dash, but none of the lights blink, it draws very large amounts of power turning them on. I'm going to try reversing the wires tomorrow, maybe i wired it backwards.
I think it's because they're self grounding it interferes with the blinker, i don't get how the circuit works. I plan buying different sidemarkers tomorrow anyway, i don't like the style of these and they're $5 a pair *shrug*.
