Default B18C1 Block/Head ?

Would a GSR block with a b16 head be quicker than just a complete GSR?

b18c1 block
b16 head ported and polished
Ti valve train
stock b16 cams ****soon bc4 cams
ITR pistons 11.1 compresion
gsr rods
gsr crank
ITR tranny / LSD / Final drive
Blox intake manifold
Password JDM carbon fiber intake
gsr header ****soon dc 4-1 brushed header
custom 2.5 straight pipe
2.5 es tuning exhaust
p28 chipped ecu
