I would be extremely wary of worn suspension components (especially tie rod ends and tie rod balljoints), undercarriage damage, etc. Check to see if there are dents in the shock towers.

Depends on what you're looking for..
Your going from basically all performance to more of a luxury car
most people respect clean tegs more than a hatch with a b18 swap (pretty common)
But i think you did a great job on the hatch and you should think twice about selling it, it would be a great track car especially since its not your daily driver

Id say go with the teg. Its clean as hell and its something new to work on. Plus ud prolly get more money for the teg when its time to sell it.
