Default TCS & Brake Light problem

I have a 2003 Honda Accord EX V-6 Sedan an my TCS and Parking Brake light come on and stay on shortly after starting the car. I have also noticed that there is resistance in acceleration while these lights are on.

Any help is appreciated

Thank you!

Thank you for including in the first few words the year and model of the car. The TCS light will come on when there is a fault detected in that system (traction control system) I am confused as to exactly which "brake" light is on. There is a red light that says "BRAKE" that comes on when the parking brake is on... and there is a yellow light that says "ABS" which light is it? Whatever the case, you will need to retrieve the code from the TCS module and see what it indicates. My guess is that there is a either a failed wheel speed sensor, or a brake pressure switch... these are the only two failures I've seen on this gen accord.... but anything is possible.

Ok... well that seems a bit odd, the parking brake isn't on is it? I know it's a dumb question but sometimes people over look simple things. I would also check the fluid level in the master cylinder, make sure it is between the MIN and MAX lines... but I don't think a low fluid level will set a TCS code.... You need to find out what code is stored.
