sup i have a gsr motor on my del sol...and i never changed a thermostat in my life...im guessing that it is on the lower radiator hose that attaches some where around the manifold?? is it the lower rad hose?? the one i have to follow or the upper? any pics would be nice thanx

 

You follow the upper radiator to the block are there are 2 or 3 bolts that you take off and its in sitting in there.

Yup no problem, Before you pull the thermostat out look at how its sitting. I think there is a special way it has to go back in. Also look at the rubber seal on the old one. It has to sit a special way for it to seal up right. Its nothin major to figure out, you will see what I mean when you get to it.

It would be for the better. Then you could do a full system flush.
