just popped my hood and i notice steam coming out of the top of my radiator..steam is comming out right where u look in between the hood latch..i put water in it and noticed alot missing and had a empty resivor..i also noticed the needle in the middle now instead of 1/4 to cold..any suggestions? never seen any leaks before

 

How many miles are on your car? Honda OEM radiators sometimes go out around 80K miles and up. The endtanks, since they are plastic, crack. Then you get leaks. Do you see a little liquid hanging around where the endtanks are attached to the actual radiator?

Look carefully to see exactly where the steam is coming from. Losing coolant can mean several things. Hopefully it's something simple, and not something bad.
