Default which shifter to choose.. anyone have a oem integra shifter in there ek? (gsr, type r)

im debating whether to get a b&m short shifter prob a single bend... or a new usdm type r shifter for my ek hatch..
i mainly wanted to know where the type r shifter will sit as in further closer to me, height,ect... im not really looking for a short shifter the gsr shifter is pretty short if you ask me. im afraid a short shifter would cause my syncros to go bad... so im leaning towards a type r shifter..
when i bought the car it had a obx shifter lol i broke that piece of **** real quick.... so simply put how will a type r shifter sit closer or further away as opposed to my obx pos...

BTW granted they are awesome shifters i dont want a skunk 2 dual bend shifter or a c's im not made of money... and i know the gsr shifter and the type r shifter are the same but i can get a real good deal on a type r shifter...

There's this one shifter that has a nut to adjust height. So it will extend and come up further. It's a polished type r on with that attachment. I forgot what its called.

I have a OEM Integra Type R shifter w/OEM Type R shift **** on my 96 EK,
had the DC sports short shifter, skunk2 dual bend, and out of all 3, I went w/ the OEM Type R cause its not too short, and it feels exactly where I like it.

OEM Type R
DC sports
Skunk2
