Default 97 JDM ITR TRANNY SPEC? 4.7 OR 4.4 FD??

I'm planning on buying a 97 spec ITR tranny.. Want to know if the Final drive is 4.4 or 4.7 and if anyone have the real specs for each gear.. Thanks

4.4, they switched to 4.785 in '98
