Default A/C Compressor Seized after clutch install?!

Can someone help me out...trying to figure out WTF this crazy sound is and smell.

Sound: Crazy NASTY screeching from the belt or so I think. Its just horrible like...well horrible.

Smell: Smells like burning clutch (Some of u know how that is...HORRIBLE!!!!)

This all kind of happened after we PAID someone to do the clutch for us. They told us the motor would have to come out, but I'm not sure why they had to mess around that part of the motor for.

Tensioner is good, check it myself.
When we turn on the compressor, the out side part of the compressor does not move at all (like it sezied . ) Isnt it supposed to be moving at all time???

Circled in RED.

thats the compressors clutch, and should be cycling on and off (moving and not moving) when the ac or defroster is on. Is the pully easy to spin?
