LS vtec clutch!

LS vtec clutch!
I was wondering what is the best clutch to run on my LS vtec. I want to run all motor or on the bottle. Yet, i have a 4puck clutch and it feels like im gonna break my tranny everytime i drive the damn thing. Any one know what a good clutch i can run with? and help would be nice
