LOL i used a scrub at night time and i thought it was doing the job, but i checked this morning and i just see that it took off the color of the stripe and left a line... GOD DAMN i'm an idiot. so i will try the easier way now: heat gun, goo gone, blow dryer, plastic razor blade etc...any more ideas would be appreciated!!!

oh yea the paint job is about 5 years old and it looks like its in there deep!!!
