THE LAST IMPORT SURVIVAL SERIES FOR 2005...

Event: Toyo Tires Import Survival Series 4
Where: Old Bridge Township Raceway Park Englishtown, NJ
When: Sunday, October 23, 2005
Time: Gates Open at 8AM
Time Trials will be from 10AM – 1 PM
Eliminations will begin at 2PM
Race - $30
Spectator - $15
Children 6-11 - $5
5 Years and Under Free
Bracket Classes:
·Bracket 1 – 15.00 Sec & slower
·Bracket 2 – 14.00-14.99 Sec
·Bracket 3 – 13.99 Sec & faster
Each Class Winner receives $300 and a class champion trophy plus 2 Toyo Tires
Runner-up - $150 + Trophy
Semi-finalists - $50 + Trophy
Trophy to every first round winner
Payouts subject to full fields and weather conditions. If less than 220 cars, bracket payout will decrease
Heads Up Classes
·Class A (all brands) 4 Cylinder naturally aspirated, DOT approved tires (no pre 85)
·Class H (Hybrid) Naturally aspirated 4 Cylinder, with one or more of the following: non-original engine, slicks, lexan, completely gutted, or has removed seats, door panels and carpet. If only 1 seat removed – Stay in Class A (no pre 85)
·Class B (all brands) 4 Cylinder power adder (Nitrous, Supercharger Turbo, combinations OK) no Pro level cars allowed (no pro cars, no pre 85)
·Class C (all brands) 6 Cylinder and up, or rotary, naturally aspirated (no pre 85)
·Class D (all brands) 6 Cylinder and up or rotary, power adder (Nitrous, supercharger, Turbo, combinations OK) (no pre 85)
·Class E (all brands) All wheel drive (no pre 85)
Heads up Payouts
·$300 + Trophy to each Heads Up Class winner; $150 + Trophy to each Heads Up Class runner-up
·All vehicles must be 1985 and newer to compete in Heads Up Classes
·All Heads Up classes qualify 8 cars
·8 CAR MINIMUM FOR FULL PAYOUT
Pro Import Shoot Out
(8 Cars Minimum)
·7.00 to 11.99 seconds. 1988 or older, NHRA safety equipment required, must run
·11.99 or quicker in time trials. No year limit on full tube chassis or back half.
Winner - $500 + Trophy
Runner-Up - $250 +Trophy
Semi - $50
8 Car minimum for full payout.

anyone here planning to run an class A? its perfect for non hybrid cars on street tires with full exhaust and interiors. ive seen all kinds of cars do well in it like integras, type Rs, sentras, vws and a certain yellow S2000.

Saying showers in the morning. If this gets rained out will there be a make up date? Also how will we know if the race is still on? I am leaving my house at 6:30 with a large group of people to head down.

I will keep you updated whether or not there will be a make up...but the best thing to do would be to call raceway park 732.446.7800 the morning of the event...
