Default i need help turnin off my srs light

my srs light has been on for a week now. i have not touched the airbags at all. there are some bumpy roads though. i think i may have knocked something loose. i rather figure this out then pay honda 95 bucks to find the problem which is simple prolly and pay them money to just plug a unloose plug or something ya know. any ideas are appreciated. thanks
i found this. is this worth my time and effort? http://www.clubcivic.com/board...57641

To reset the SRS light is not as simple as disconnecting the battery. That wont work. Trust me I've been there. The site you got your information from is correct. Near the driverside door there is a plug in which you need to stick a paperclip in. You'll do this a series of times based on the documentation you found. goodluck.

thanks i will give it a try but more bad news. my axle came out when i was on the road and had to tow it back home. luckily it was a backroad with low speed limit cuz the wheel is parrellel facing to the car. lol bad stuff. glad that i didnt get hurt or the loose complete control and all ya know. everytime i save up enough for turbo parts i have to fix something. may sell it and get another like it. may have less problems but doubt it lol

Hmmm, any idea what broke suspension wise?

It just sounds like it may be the lower ball joint or possible the lower control arm. Its very odd that this would just break like that.

Instead of a MES connector use a paperclip bent into a u shape.

It is possible that you may have tripped one of the airbag sensore. A bumpy road can most definately do that.
