take it to an a/c shop that can run custom lines. Should cost about 3k. Custom hot rods have to have this custom plumbed just like this integra with the swap will

i had my 240's lines custom made to integrate the SR20DET a/c compressor to the factory 240SX's a/c system. cost ~$135 i think. NAPA is equipped to do this kind of work, BTW, so it's easy to find a place to do it.

you're quite welcome. i think the bigger problem you'll run into is that during the swap the a/c is removed *i believe* because it doesn't fit. that may be your bigger worry. look where the a/c compressor goes and see if there is indeed room for it there. i could have sworn this swap was pretty much a no a/c swap. but that may just be because most people who do it want to race and racing and a/c don't mix well.

Trade for the car already. A/C is not a problem.

usdm k20 transmissions suck! they'll go out on you after awhile.. (the gears) you'll end up havin to get a whole new one, jdm k20 tranny's are tha bomb stuff though, they'll last you a lifetime!

who honestly has had one long enough to be able to prove that? if you're busting transmissions after only a few years either you've got enough power that NO 4-cylinder honda's FWD transmission is going to live up to the power, or you're a dumbass that doesn't like using the clutch to shift because you think you're cool and fast. i mean seriously, if you're having a problem with the gears doing anything other than stay nice then you've got issues either of huge horsepower or not being able to drive. the metallurgy of the transmission between JDM and USDM is probably identical, although admittedly i don't have any supporting data.

well gears and synchros are NOT synonymous. we all know honda synchros are no good as a rule. i was wondering why the heck somebody commented that the gears aren't strong? it seems that since the K20's block is built like a tank, why would they skimp on the gears? i mean, drag racers with 500+whp blow gears, not people with stock turbo kits or bolt-ons and such.

welcome to the world of Honda. notice how the S2000 has a TRIPLE-cone synchro on first and double-cone synchros on second and third (and maybe more gears, i forget). all the lousy B-series gets is double-cone first on some models and single on the rest.
