pocket bikes in (socal since that's where im at) ... how would you ride on legally? / is it illegal to ride one? / why is it illegal ?
you get where im going at.

 

Street bikes are not street legal, if that's what you're asking.
Common sense will tell you why they're not street legal

There's no special license or anything also, if that's what you're asking.

just buy my racing goped its bored and stroked and ported and polished. Also has the racing bar holder so its not all wobbly and weak like most gopeds. This thing will wheelie you right off the back of it if you goose it. smoke the damn pocketbikes. lol.

As far as i know, pocketbikes and gopeds are illegal. I dont think cops give you to much trouble if you are chillin the bike lane and have a valid drivers liscense.

 

for you to be able to drive it on the street legally it would need brake lights,turn signals,head lights,and be registered.

i dont understand this at all....

 

i heard this guy from another forum said that anything under 49cc's are not legal and the dmv won't let it be registered or something due to emissions.

as for my little buddie, it has what other lil bikes has: brake lights, turn signals, headlights, etc. hell, i can use my hands to signal.
