im changing out my head gasket.. and while im at it the water pump, timing belt, and doing a valve adjustment..

is there any performance mods i can do while im at it..
not trying to spend too much money.. but is there any little things i can do.

also.. my car overheated the other day.. come to find out.. there was no coolant in my radiator.. the guy who fixed my gasket for my idle said he changed out the fluid and added new but i never checked it.

my car is blowing out white smoke when i get on it at or above around 3k. ..

my car was also burning oil becuase i added nearly 2 quarts..

how much does a shop or person usually charge for a head gasket, water pump, timing belt and valve adj ....
