Default 98 Civic Hatch Rear brake Conversion

I have a 1998 Honda Civic Dx Hatch, and wanted to convert the rear drum brakes to disc. I work at a Honda Dealership and was wondering if anyone knew exactly what i need to do this. I work in the parts department and the pictures in the parts catalog suck.

thanks

you'll need:

rear knuckle assemblies
proportioning valve
rear brake lines
e-brake cables
stuff to bleed the brakes

probably want to get new pads and rotors while you're at it

if its a 98 hatch your porp. valve is the same as a 99-00 Si from what i've heard so u don't need to change it
