not the c pillar bar, the one im talking about goes from the back seatbelt to the front seatbelt

It was designed originally by Top Fuel, later copied and sold by JHPusa. There's no official name for it, but alot of people refer to it as the "Top Fuel" or "BC pillar" bars.
