Neukin or Love fab turbo manifold?
I have narrowed it down to the Neukin or Love fab for my turboed h22. I have searched around and have read numerous great responces about both manifolds. I didn't find anything about the 2 being compared to each other. Are they the same pretty much and to decide it is basically which name u would want? Any info would be nice. Thanks.
i would go with the lovefab. teh nukin seam to be good manifolds, they are equal length and will make good top end power because of the scavaging effects. but i like the lovefab better, i own one so i can see the quality first hand, they are also full stainless steel even the flangees, they also have a lifetime warranty and the company isnt going anywhere. another benifit of the lovefab is that they are everymanifold is costom made so if you need something special in your design like a diffrent wastgate size or location its not a problem the lovefab will also give you the good top end power of an equal length, but with a quicker spool.

I haven't tried the Neukin, but I did run a Lovefab SST for a while on a B16. It made 380 WHP with a GT28RS, which is pretty amazing for that turbo. Cody was great to work with, and the manifold was a work of art. I had my local exhaust guy, who's been making custom exhausts for over 20 years, look at it to make a flex section for it, and he said the welding was excellent. I ran the hell out of it, drag raced it a lot, ran >20 PSI of boost, anti-lag, road course raced it with a bigger turbo making >400WHP, never had any problems with it. I sold it for a good chunk of money when I was done with it, and it looked about the same as when I bought it.
Thanks for the input guys. Love fab seems to be the way to go. I was kinda leaning towards the love fab anyways. And I am definatley ready to go V8 hunting, and take care of some other guys around here. maybe a white v-6 too.
try emailin him quick responses...i had the previous mini me...and those welds are "buff" never had a problem with it until my car was a victim of theft besides that...it will hold boost flanges are really thick and features both the t3 and t4 bolt pattern....

Well when you do something for 60+hrs per week for three years, youd BETTER get good at it...meaning welding
Yes we still make the SST; my webmaster goofed and put the SST in the B series section(which we DO NOT build), and NOT in the H series spot, so I deleted the B series and havent had to time edit the H22. We were the first to mainstream the H22 "ramhorn" style manifold, so thats why we STILL build it. Most others are a direct dirivitive of our initial design.
Fitment is excellent in any chassis except the Lude/Accords, which need motor mount removal and Xmember mods, but still work great if youre willing to lose a few pounds
Ive never seen a Nuekin manifold in-hand so I cant comment on the quality...
I dont know where this stainless steel flange thing is coming from, but we use only Mild steel flanges, except the 44mm wastegate flanges, which are SS, TiAL spec...
Just clearing that up...

I went with neukin as well, but only because the mini me looked like the turbine flange was really close to the block (for the turbo that I will be using anyway), so I went with the neukin. Might sound like a dumb way to choose, but I know both these mani's are good quality and my turbo fitting is a priority.

so...can that excaliber just have 1 wastegate? and be streetable? i love the design and look, but i can't imagine having two wastegates. lol
