OBD2--->OBD1 questions
I threw a CEL due to my test pipe and my friend told me about this conversion and all I'd need was the OBD1 ecu and a jumper harness.
So what exactly will this do? Can I expect and gains or is it just to get rid of the CEL.
Also, anything else I'd need?
Thanks.

I had the same problem... but like you said get a OBD1 JDM ecu and a OBD 1 jumper harness. The OBD1 ecu runs off of just 1 O2 sensor on the pipe while the OBD2 runs off 2 O2 sensors. Thats why you are throwing a CEL. Plus with OBD1 ecus depending wat car you have, but with my GSR i can rev up to 8500 instead of 8k once i converted over.

as mentioned above...only down side to jdm ecu's is that there's a speed govenor which will not let you rev past 120ish? Depending on what year your integra is, that will determine what version harness you need. 96-99 integras use obd2A-1 conversion harness, and 00-01 integras use obd2B-1 conversion harness. Basically its plug and play. Also, when you convert to obd1, you have many more options when it comes to tuning. Hondata/Crome/Uberdata/generic base maps & programs/etc.
