aspec produces the same number of hp and torque.

aspec, is just the lip, sideskirts, rear lip, wing, wheels, and shocks and springs.

not worth the money in my opinion.

The A-Spec's and all 05 type-s are rated at 210bhp and have slighly better suspension, as well as some exterior pieces (rims, lip kit, spoiler). The reason why the 05's have more power is because they're running the itr cams.

The Aspec is a very cohesive kit. The price is steep but you get a good-looking exterior package, new wheels/performance tires, upgraded brakes and more finely tuned suspension. You could add these things yourself but it wouldnt look as good and the pieces would probably not work as well together as an Aspec. If you hae the monet and want something a little different I don't think its a bad choice.

Aside from the suspension tweaks, aspec is the same car as the type-s mechanically speaking. Aspec is a waste of money in my opinion. You can get better parts than what aspec offers from aftermarket distributors, and save a lot of money too. I would however buy an aspec or oem optional lip kit if I were you. Cleanest kit out there.

05 and 06's are the same. the only difference is that SAE changed hp formula readings, so hp for almost all cars changed.

Exactly right, Plus the real A-spec package is installed from an authorized dealer it does add value to the car whenever it is time to trade/sell.
