97 hx coupe what engine should i swap in????

i was just wondering if i should put a ls in my civic or should i go with something more expensive. but would also want an easy job to do.

put a b18c5. Arguably best B series swap.

just drop in a d16y8..

for my hx i would just get an ex trans and boost then call it a day.
$100 for trans
$600-$1000 boost set-up

what do you wanna do? N/A or turbo? and i would do a C5 swap...strong motor that can be beat and still last very long

well i was thinking to make an ls vtec and turbo it or get the c5 but i heard the ls vtec is faster

Is your car manual or an auto? If it's that shitbox cvt I'd dump it and swap it for a manual one, and also listen to specv5150 he is one of the few hx guru's that we have here
