Hi,

I am seeking advice re: buying chrome exhaust tips.

I recently bought a second 88 3G which has had an aftermarket muffler and rear exhaust (same diameter as OEM) installed.

It does a great job - better performace, economy and sounds nice! But unfortunately its exhaust tips are butt ugly... Though the look is similar to OEM, it is painted dull silver instead. Eeeek!

Measurements: lenght - 5 1/2 inches; internal diameter of outlet itself - 1 3/8 inches.

I would like to replace them with chrome tips! Can you please recommend re: size, type, etc.

we really dont do a lot of chrome tipping around here.....the only ones i know about are the oem ones....

go to pepboys and look they have plenty of chrome sitting around....
