I failed emissions and have no idea what any of this crap means
At 15 MPH
HC ppm: 213 limit 172
CO%: 0.99 limit 0.69
NO ppm 2:5.83
RPM: O
Dilution 14.7
I have a B16 SiR II, spark plugs are only a year old and I did a BG44K fuel system cleaner and I live in VA....Do have any chance of passing without spending a crap load of money?
